About this role
As a Senior UX Designer for Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies, you will lead user-centric design for machine control products in the earthmoving industry. You will translate complex technical challenges into intuitive solutions, driving product strategy and improving operator productivity, safety, and efficiency.
What we are looking for
6- Drive design direction and strategy for the Loading product team
- Collaborate with Product and Technical leads on requirements
- Develop end-to-end UX solutions balancing user needs and business goals
- Lead UX research methodologies and advocate for usability
- Mentor team on interaction challenges and create prototypes
- 8+ years of experience in information architecture, UX research, and interaction design
