Designer

Join Scholastic's Fiction design team to create award-winning Middle Grade and YA book covers, interiors, and marketing materials. You'll collaborate with editorial and production teams, concept art, and manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about typography, visual problem-solving, and children's literature.

• Design 5-10+ titles per season including covers, interiors, and marketing materials
• Develop visual concepts and dynamic typography
• Concept art and manage artist feedback and schedules
• Manage project timelines, revisions, and file packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong organizational skills
• Interest in children's publishing and visual storytelling
