Product Designer (Growth)

Tailscale is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their Product Growth team. This role focuses on driving initiatives related to user activation, onboarding, monetization, and expansion through experimentation and iteration. You will collaborate closely with product, UX research, and engineering to deliver and test minimum-viable solutions.

• Propose product changes for growth initiatives
• Participate in experimentation lifecycle and iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to experiment idea backlog
• Understand user needs and advocate for product changes
• Uphold high quality standards for shipped products
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and measure impact
