Sr. UX Designer

NovoEd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for their talent development platform. You will own projects from exploration to implementation, partnering with product and engineering teams to create scalable online learning experiences. This role requires strong user-centered design skills, proficiency with design tools, and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

• Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences
• Own 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead
• Partner closely with the product management team to frame problems and define scope
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Provide production-ready mocks and assets, working closely with engineers
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
