Senior Product Designer II - Lifecycle & Growth

Instacart is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join their Lifecycle & Growth team. This role focuses on designing end-to-end customer journeys to drive business impact through thoughtful strategy and experimentation. You will work on high-impact growth initiatives spanning partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences, reimagining key moments in the customer journey to improve conversion, reactivation, and retention.

• Lead high-impact Growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences
• Reimagine key moments across the customer journey to improve discovery, value understanding, conversion, reactivation, and retention
• Blend product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business mechanics
• Explore and prototype new content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging
• Design complex, multi-step journeys across surfaces and teams
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science
