As the UI/UX Sr Manager, you will drive the day-to-day execution of Blue Nile's on-site experience, translating strategy into shipped prototypes and production-ready UI. This hands-on role involves managing site redesigns, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring design consistency while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

- Builds and iterates on high-fidelity prototypes for site redesigns
- Partners on conversion rate optimization and landing page experimentation
- Manages UI/UX ticket queue for on-site updates and maintenance
- Collaborates with external agencies for technical execution
- Ensures design system consistency across new and legacy pages
