Senior Product Designer

Join Bupa as a Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences for UK customers. You will lead design from concept to launch within agile product squads, collaborating with researchers, content designers, and product owners. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior designers, contribute to design strategy, and champion customer-centricity across Bupa's digital platforms.

• Design and shape customer-centric digital experiences from concept to launch
• Provide UX direction across Bupa's digital assets (App, Mobile, Desktop)
• Mentor, coach, and inspire other members of the experience design team
• Contribute to and improve existing UX toolkit & playbooks
• Advocate for accessibility and WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Collaborate in an agile environment with multi-disciplinary teams
