Senior Product Designer

Loblaw Digital is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance their eCommerce web and app experiences for millions of Canadians. You will collaborate with Product, Tech, and Research teams to design new features and optimize existing ones, focusing on customer discovery, cart building, and ecosystem shopping. This role involves problem discovery, interaction and visual design, leveraging AI tools, and ensuring inclusive design practices.

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Research to define and design new features and optimizations for eCommerce web and app journeys
• Focus on customer discovery, cart building, and shopping the Loblaw ecosystem
• Utilize AI as part of your design toolkit to accelerate delivery and explore ideas
• Apply interaction design, art direction, and visual design principles to create high-fidelity interfaces
• Contribute to and strengthen the team's design system
• Conduct design research, validation, and iteration using data and customer feedback
