UX Researcher

CivilGrid is seeking a UX Researcher to be the voice of the customer within the product organization. You will conduct qualitative research to understand user workflows and translate findings into product direction, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers. This role focuses on building a repeatable research practice and influencing roadmap decisions.

• Plan and run qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing)
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Shape product direction based on customer workflows
• Build a repeatable research practice and repository
• Support quantitative research (surveys, usage data)
• 3-5 years of UX research experience in B2B or technical products
