Associate Director, Experience Design

Lead the design vision for complex client projects, developing strategies that align with business goals and integrating them into broader technology initiatives. You will manage and mentor junior designers, build relationships with senior client stakeholders, and drive design thinking across the organization. This role also involves shaping organizational strategy for AI adoption in design, ensuring ethical use and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
