Lead UX Design Researcher

Lead UX Design Researcher to shape intuitive experiences for healthcare revenue cycle management workflows. You will conduct user research, develop experience strategies, and partner with product and engineering teams to improve accuracy and efficiency in clinical and revenue cycle processes. This role involves applying systems thinking and integrating AI tools to advance UX quality across complex healthcare systems.

• Lead user research using methods like interviews and contextual inquiry
• Develop experience strategies, information architecture, and prototypes
• Apply systems thinking across interconnected clinical and revenue cycle workflows
• Translate research findings into clear design priorities and recommendations
• Integrate AI tools into research, design, and prototyping workflows
• 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including healthcare systems
