You will own the strategic experience design and governance for Netbank, driving innovation in payments and collaborating across product and technology teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

• Lead experience design strategy and roadmap for Netbank Payments
• Drive dual-track discovery and problem framing for customer needs
• Mentor and manage a team of 6-10 designers, researchers, and content designers
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on strategic initiatives
• Champion human-centered design and best practices within a large design community
• Shape the end-to-end customer experience across CommBank app, NetBank, and website
