Senior Product Designer

Baton, Ryder's in-house product group, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create next-generation freight technology. You will design intuitive user experiences for complex, data-dense, AI-powered interfaces that impact daily operations for thousands of customers. This role involves end-to-end design ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and evolving the design system.

• Own end-to-end design projects from discovery to implementation
• Design AI-driven and data-heavy interfaces for logistics workflows
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma and curiosity about AI design tools
