Visual Communications Designer

BMO is seeking a creative Visual Communications Designer to enhance how the bank communicates its value proposition to customers. You will collaborate with sales teams and other internal groups to transform complex business concepts into clear, visual narratives, creating compelling presentations, marketing collateral, and brand assets.

• Design visually compelling presentations and sales materials
• Develop graphics, layouts, infographics, and charts
• Transform technical product slides into value-based customer narratives
• Apply BMO brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Support high-visibility moments like product launches and corporate events
• Utilize emerging creative technologies including AI design tools
