Associate Director, Visual Design - US GTM

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director of Visual Design to shape brand presence across key touchpoints. This role focuses on executing established brand direction into high-quality design outputs for digital, social, web, print, and presentation formats. You will collaborate with marketing and experience teams to ensure visual consistency and effective communication of information.

• Create visual design assets across digital, social, web, print, and presentation formats
• Apply brand guidelines consistently for a unified look and feel
• Translate briefs and messaging into clear visual layouts
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual systems for campaigns
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and experience designers
• Adapt existing design systems and assets for new formats
