Enovis Corporation is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join their Enabling Technologies team, focusing on Surgical Automation and Visualization. This role involves defining and governing the end-to-end user experience for MedTech products, acting as the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, efficient, and safe medical technology solutions.

What we are looking for

Define and evolve end-to-end user experience strategy across MedTech portfolio
Establish cohesive experience for SaMD, surgical planning, AR, and digital products
Create and maintain UX principles, interaction standards, and design guidelines
Serve as organizational expert on usability, workflow optimization, and surgeon experience
Design intuitive user experiences for web and augmented reality applications
Develop and maintain an enterprise design system
