UI/UX Sr Manager, Blue Nile

As a UI/UX Sr Manager at Blue Nile, you will drive the day-to-day execution of our on-site experience, translating strategy into shipped prototypes and production-ready UI. This hands-on role involves managing redesign workstreams, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring design consistency while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

• Own site redesign and prototyping, iterating on high-fidelity mockups
• Partner on conversion rate optimization and landing page experimentation
• Manage UI/UX ticket queue for on-site updates and maintenance
• Ensure design system discipline and catalog data health
• Coordinate with external agencies for execution beyond team capacity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UI changes and technical channels
