Product Designer, MarianaOS

Mariana Minerals is seeking its first dedicated Product Designer to simplify complex, data-dense workflows within their MarianaOS software. This role focuses on information architecture and user flows, aiming to make sophisticated systems intuitive for internal users. You will also own and grow the design system, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from concept to launch.

• Design clear, usable information architecture and flows for complex, data-dense workflows
• Grow and own the design system, including coded components
• Partner with PMs and engineers from problem framing through shipped UI
• Prototype directly in code when it's the fastest way to a real answer
• Run and synthesize lightweight user research and feedback loops
• Define best design practices and ways of working for the design function
