Define and evolve end-to-end UX strategy for an AI-driven advice platform
Lead UX, service, interaction, and conversational design across web and mobile
Translate complex financial concepts and AI capabilities into simple user experiences
Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams
Drive human-centered design practices, including research and testing
Experience designing for regulated industries, ideally financial services
