SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Designer to shape the visual future of its global brands, including Shark and Ninja. This role involves creating cohesive visual ecosystems across packaging, digital commerce, and marketing channels, partnering with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI tools into the design process. The ideal candidate is a conceptual visual storyteller with a strong portfolio and experience in fast-paced environments.

• Build scalable visual ecosystems across packaging, DTC, Amazon, retail, and social
• Drive big-idea conceptualization with copywriters and art directors
• Lead design execution with a high bar for typography and layout
• Champion an AI-native workflow using Figma and generative AI tools
• Direct production and assets for photo and video shoots
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers in a collaborative environment
