Senior / Staff Product Designer - Provider

Headway is seeking Senior and Staff Product Designers to enhance the provider experience within their AI-native mental healthcare platform. You will own the end-to-end provider journey, from concept to launch, leveraging AI tools for prototyping and design. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers to improve workflows like credentialing, scheduling, and billing, making them efficient and user-friendly.

• Own the provider product experience end to end
• Prototype and test ideas using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Design for provider workflows: credentialing, scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing
• Run experiments with clear success metrics
• Contribute to the design system and share AI prompts and patterns
