Principal UX Designer I

Lead complex design challenges and shape the creative strategy for multiple product lines as a Principal UX Designer. You will mentor other designers, deeply understand user needs and competitor landscapes, and drive innovative solutions through data-driven analysis and testing. This role requires expert knowledge of design tools and the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs across platforms.

• Lead design strategy and creative toolkit for multiple businesses or product lines
• Solve difficult and complex creative problems
• Mentor and train the design community
• Deeply understand customer use cases and competitor product strategy
• Drive UCD vision for complex problems and define interaction patterns
• Expert knowledge of design and prototyping software
