Senior Product Designer

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product-Led Growth team in Pune, India. This hybrid role focuses on designing critical initiatives that influence how customers discover, try, and purchase Zendesk products, directly impacting conversion and monetization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complexity and deliver impactful designs for enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Own design of business-critical customer journeys (pricing, checkout, expansion)
• Embrace rapid prototyping and iterate based on data-driven feedback
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers
• Drive experimentation and funnel optimization for trial-to-paid conversion
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to balance design and business needs
• Design consistent, scalable experiences for global teams
