About this role

As a Product Designer on the Managed File Transfer team, you will design complex enterprise experiences across our MFT product suite. You'll translate customer needs into intuitive, high-quality designs and collaborate with engineering to bring them to life. This senior role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to shape product direction and create a consistent user experience.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end design for MFT product areas and strategic initiatives
Shape product direction for complex workflows by framing ambiguous problems
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
Plan and conduct customer interviews and usability testing
Apply and contribute to Fortra UI patterns and reusable components
8+ years of product design experience with substantial enterprise software
