UX Product Design Lead

Lead UX design efforts for Citi's HR applications, focusing on creating intuitive and seamless employee experiences. You will own design quality, mentor other designers, and contribute to evolving design systems and standards.

• Own design quality and craft across product areas
• Guide and mentor other UX designers
• Create and oversee wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of reusable design patterns and components
• Ensure designs follow best practices and leverage research and testing
• Lead by example in the wider UX community
