• Own and lead UX strategy and design for VMP and CTOaaS products
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and inspire a team of UX/UI designers
• Analyze user research findings and translate into actionable design strategies
• Use data-driven analysis to optimize user interactions
• Champion inclusive and accessible design principles
