Senior Associate Product Designer | Titleist

Acushnet Company is seeking a Senior Associate Product Designer to bring innovative, performance-driven golf products to life for Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings. This role involves concept creation, development, and refinement using design, graphic, and CAD skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create commercially viable solutions. You will contribute to hands-on concepting, prototyping, research, and documentation, with a passion for golf and travel gear.

• Design and develop innovative golf products for Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings
• Utilize art, design, graphic, and 2D/3D CAD skills for concept creation and refinement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate form and function into viable solutions
• Engage in hands-on concepting, prototyping, research, and documentation
• Support IP efforts, design critiques, and vendor engagements
• Drive thoughtful design, material innovation, and visual storytelling for product performance
