Design Director, Brand

AlphaSense is seeking a Design Director to lead the strategic and conceptual development of its brand. This role involves setting the creative vision, establishing design standards, and hands-on execution across various brand touchpoints including campaigns, product storytelling, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proven creative leader with extensive experience in brand and creative design, capable of building and mentoring a design team while partnering effectively across departments.

• Define and evolve the creative direction for the AlphaSense brand
• Lead strategic and conceptual brand initiatives from brief to execution
• Provide hands-on design execution when needed
• Lead, mentor, and develop the brand design team
• Partner with cross-functional teams including PMM, Product, and Comms
• Build and grow a creative culture of transparency and inspiration
