Senior UX Strategist & Researcher (f/m/x)

Lead the AI-driven transformation of HelloFresh's global customer experience as a Senior UX Strategist & Researcher. You will own strategic research initiatives from ambiguity to outcome, influencing executive decisions with tangible artifacts and driving impactful product development. This role requires a blend of deep strategic thinking, innovative research methodologies, and a fluency in leveraging AI as a creative and strategic partner.

• Lead end-to-end strategic research and insight generation
• Shape customer experiences across the entire ecosystem
• Proactively identify and de-risk strategic opportunities
• Influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders with decision-driving artifacts
• Design and lead co-creation workshops
