Staff User Researcher, Brokerage

Robinhood is seeking a Staff User Researcher to lead research initiatives within their Brokerage Product team. You will partner with leaders to identify key questions, apply qualitative and quantitative methods, and ensure customer insights inform product strategy and execution. This role involves using AI tools to enhance research efficiency and impact, and mentoring other researchers.

• Lead research across multiple Brokerage product areas
• Identify high impact questions and answer them using mixed methods
• Plan and lead research end-to-end
• Translate research into clear recommendations for product strategy
• Communicate insights through compelling storytelling
• Mentor others and contribute to research standards
