Staff Brand Designer

TRM Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Brand Designer to set the visual standard for their brand across all platforms. This role involves leading complex design projects, evolving creative direction, and translating data-heavy information into compelling visuals. The designer will also mentor others and integrate AI tools into the creative process.

• Set and uphold brand craft standards across campaigns, web, social, and collateral
• Lead complex brand design projects from brief to delivery
• Evolve creative direction with leadership, defining visual standards
• Translate complex, data-heavy subject matter into clear infographics and graphics
• Provide craft oversight and mentor other designers
• Advance AI-native design practices, integrating generative AI tools
