Human Centered Design Lead

Guidehouse is seeking a Human-Centered Design Lead to integrate user-centered methods into engineering and mission workflows for intelligence community programs. You will establish design standards, lead multidisciplinary teams, and translate complex concepts into intuitive, human-centered outputs. This role requires a strong background in design leadership and experience supporting federal agencies.

• Lead Human-Centered Design integration across programs
• Establish HCD standards, design systems, and scalable practices
• Embed user-centered methods into engineering and mission workflows
• Develop visual/interaction artifacts like wireframes and prototypes
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design and engineering teams
• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to drive mission-aligned solutions

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
