Lead Product Designer - Product & Experience

Capco is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to shape the future of financial services through innovative digital products and customer experiences. You will lead design engagements, partner with clients on product vision and strategy, and mentor design teams. This role involves applying AI and data-informed approaches to create meaningful outcomes and contributing to the evolution of design methodologies.

• Lead complex customer experience and design engagements
