Mastercard is seeking a Product Experience Design Manager to join our Global SME Team. In this role, you will design next-generation business solutions and data-driven products, blending product thinking, design craft, and AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create future conceptual designs, iterate on design systems, and develop innovative product solutions that enhance user experience and drive business objectives.

• Design next-generation business solutions and data-driven products
• Integrate Behavioral Science, Data, Design & Technology
• Contribute to and iterate on design systems using Figma
• Create reusable components and high-fidelity prototypes
• Apply human-centered design principles to new product solutions
• Collaborate with UX Research, Product Designers, and Product Managers
