Senior Product Designer

Custom Ink is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead user-centered design efforts across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive and engaging customer experiences, from ideation to launch. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building and scaling design systems.

• Lead UX design from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Design and refine user journeys based on research insights
• Develop and enhance our Design System for consistency and scalability
• Advocate for systematic design practices and mentor teams
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for consumer-facing digital products
