Senior Product Designer

VSCO is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the development and extension of their design systems across platforms, focusing on AI-native workflows and cross-product experiences. This role involves designing AI tooling and interfaces, defining interaction patterns, and ensuring seamless integration with engineering teams.

• Own and evolve the VUI design system, ensuring it's clean, well-tokenized, and structured
• Design AI-powered tools and interfaces, modeling workflows for the team
• Develop cross-product platform experiences across search, growth, and end-to-end journeys
• Define transition animations and interaction patterns with high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner closely with engineering to maintain design intent and implementation alignment
• Design for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web with a mobile-first approach
