Senior Designer (US)

Code and Theory is seeking a Senior Designer with strong visual design skills and deep AI fluency to shape brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital product experiences. This role involves leveraging AI to accelerate ideation, iteration, and prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-craft, shippable product experiences.

• Design brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital product experiences
• Create scalable visual languages and design systems
• Translate strategy into concepts, flows, UI frameworks, and high-craft executions
• Prototype extensively using AI for ideation, iteration, and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, producers, and engineers
• Deliver high-fidelity concepts for developer handoff
