Senior UX Designer

CivilGrid is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of their civil design platform, which helps utilities, engineers, and municipalities manage underground infrastructure data. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex spatial and workflow data into intuitive interfaces, contributing to the evolution of the design system and ensuring a high standard of craft across the team.

• Own design end to end for your area, from concept to shipped product
• Partner with PMs and engineers as a thought partner
• Translate complex spatial and workflow data into simple interfaces
• Work closely with UX researcher to ground design decisions in customer workflows
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system
• Review work of other designers and help them grow
