About this role
SHADOW is seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative projects from concept to execution within their Creative team. This role requires a highly conceptual and detail-oriented individual with 5-8 years of experience in agency or brand environments. You will collaborate with various teams to develop compelling visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
What we are looking for
6- Lead creative projects from concept through production
- Design impactful brand experiences and creative assets
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams
- Partner with production vendors and external teams
- Mentor junior designers and elevate the creative standard
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides
