Senior Manager, User Experience

Appfire is seeking a Senior Manager of User Experience to lead their design team and shape the user experience across a large product portfolio. This role focuses on unifying the design of acquired products, defining new interaction patterns for AI agents, and ensuring high-quality, accessible design practices. You will report to the VP of Product Management and own the craft bar, research standards, and the growth of the UX discipline.

• Lead UX designers and own product quality and scaling systems
• Define interaction patterns and principles for AI-driven UX
• Establish and maintain high craft standards, including accessibility
• Drive Jobs to be Done methodology and research practices
• Develop Design and Research Operations for scalability
• Grow and steward the UX career framework
