Data & AI Product Discovery Designer

Join our innovative company as a Data & AI Product Discovery Designer to lead early-stage product discovery initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure our Data & AI solutions are user-informed, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals, ultimately building products customers love and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Lead user interviews, usability studies, and validation experiments
• Create and iterate on low- to mid-fidelity prototypes and concept sketches
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience models
• Support dual-track discovery and delivery with product and engineering teams
• Facilitate co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders
• Synthesize research data into actionable insights and recommendations
