About this role

Lead the design of in-vehicle digital experiences for millions of professional drivers across global brands. You will own significant product areas, set the quality bar for the team, and bring a strong point of view to HMI design decisions. This is a high-impact role for a designer who can execute at the highest level while shaping direction and mentoring junior talent.

What we are looking for

Lead design of high-quality in-vehicle UIs: typography, color, iconography, layout, and motion
Deliver pixel-perfect, implementation-ready specs and reusable components for a global design system
Craft glance-based interfaces balancing driver safety, brand expression, and system complexity
Translate product requirements and user needs into cohesive UX/UI solutions
Own complex workstreams end-to-end, from ambiguous brief to production handoff
Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, elevating team craft
