Associate Designer, Women & Youth

The North Face is seeking an Associate Designer, Graphics to support the creation and organization of production-ready art files for their Logowear and Graphics product categories. You will work with a design team to ensure timely delivery of exceptional creative work across multiple product calendars, while also developing your skills in presentation and trend research.

• Support organization and production of graphics for Logowear and Graphics categories
• Assist in creation of tech packs, mock-ups, mood boards, sketches, and graphics
• Develop presentation skills for cross-functional teams and leadership
• Conduct brand and trend research for design inspiration
• Collaborate within a high-performing team to bring brand stories to life
• Manage file organization and ensure smooth production of graphics
