Product Designer, Growth

Discord is seeking a Product Designer to join their Growth team and redesign the notification experience for millions of users. This role involves owning end-to-end design initiatives, from new notification types to settings, across all platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to create a more intelligent, trusted, and effective notification system.

• Own end-to-end notification experience initiatives
• Design new notification types, settings, and delivery optimizations
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, research, and data science
• Use data and research to inform design decisions
• Design for complex, multi-step experiences and systems
• 3+ years of product design experience with strong visual and interaction skills
