Lead a cross-discipline UI team of up to 10 UX designers
Translate game design goals into compelling user-facing experiences
Collaborate with other UX/UI Craft leads for strong communication
Present and pitch designs to leadership
Produce UX design work including competitive analysis and journey mapping
Build flexible design systems for efficient development
