Senior Product Designer

DISCO is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product experience initiatives, focusing on AI-empowered features. You will conduct user research, create design artifacts, and mentor junior designers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape complex product challenges and drive user-centered design solutions.

• Lead product design initiatives and mentor junior team members
• Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on AI-empowered experiences
• Drive design excellence and a culture of continuous improvement
• 5-7+ years of product design experience
