Manager, Product Design

Lead a team of product designers while remaining hands-on in shaping the design direction for AI-native enterprise software. This role involves mentoring designers, managing workloads, and driving the evolution of interfaces from form-driven to conversational, AI-powered experiences. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering to simplify complex ad-tech and foster a high-trust, growth-oriented team culture.

• Mentor and grow a team of product designers
• Steer design direction for AI-native enterprise software
• Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces
• Design AI-powered, conversational, and intent-driven UX patterns
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product development
• Translate complex ad-tech into intuitive experiences
