Senior Creative Designer

Lead the visual direction for the B2C Marketing team, setting creative standards for campaigns and brand identity. You will produce high-quality creative, guide other designers, and ensure all visual output is strategically grounded and visually distinctive. This role requires a strong understanding of performance-aware creative and the ability to evolve brand guidelines.

• Set and maintain creative standards for visual output
• Provide creative direction to designers and interns
• Lead visual concept and design execution for B2C campaigns
• Own and evolve the visual brand identity and design system
• Design performance-aware creative for digital formats
• Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials
