Senior Staff Product Designer, Care Delivery

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the design of their virtual care and provider-facing experiences, with a focus on evolving AI-native design. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process for provider tooling, defining AI's role in high-stakes healthcare contexts, and mentoring others in AI-driven design practices.

• Own end-to-end design for provider tooling and virtual clinic experience
• Define AI behavior in high-stakes healthcare contexts
• Build functional prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools
• Develop scalable AI-powered patterns for healthcare
• Partner strategically with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data teams
• Mentor design team members and non-design partners
