Associate Designer - Madewell Women's Cut & Sew Knits

Madewell is seeking an Associate Designer to join their Women's Cut & Sew Knits team. You will collaborate with design leadership on concept development, fabric selection, and trend research to create seasonal collections. This role involves preparing presentations, managing the line list, and working with technical design and production teams to ensure design integrity throughout the process.

• Collaborate with Design Directors and Senior Designer on concepts, colors, and fabrics
• Develop seasonal line lists and meet product development deadlines
• Prepare presentation boards with illustrations, CAD artwork, and samples
• Research seasonal trends, themes, and styling
• Conduct fittings and work with Technical Design and Production teams
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Word, and Excel
